In my first installment of catching up with my long list of shoots that I haven’t blogged, I’m going to start with my longtime friends and clients, the Chambers.  I’m a little embarrassed to admit these are from last Christmas, but hey, I have to start somewhere!

Not too long ago I had a friend of mine ask me if I still shot weddings.  I was a little taken back by the question since I shoot them all the time, but I then realized that I show no proof of it to the online world!  I am now going to start showing off some of the gorgeous weddings I’ve been shooting and I’m going to start with one of my favorites from last year.

This one involved Sam and Catherine.  I shot their engagements a couple months beforehand and I felt like we clicked right away.  They are both so photogenic with how they engage each other.  They are one of those couples that photographers love to have in front of their camera because they are just themselves all the time.  The smiles are so real and genuine, the laughs are real and mostly importantly…the love!

This past summer I had the pleasure of meeting Beckham to get some shots for his 1st Birthday party! He brought along his big sister and parents to join in on the fun to get some pictures with them.  He was nothing but smiles (and maybe a tear here and there) throughout our time together and I loved how everything came out.  Him and his family are SO photogenic!

You’ve met this sweet family from back when I posted their wedding and family/maternity pictures.  Now, as you might have predicted from the maternity pictures, their family has grown!  I’m so happy to finally being able to get around to showing sweet little Amelia off to you guys!  There is so much love in this family!

Meet Laura and Chase!  These guys were such troopers as they braved the harsh drizzle throughout our shoot.  For this session, I went to where they are live. They had lots of great things to work with that had great personal touches and history.  We used things from her grandfathers old barn to his old truck that we had some fun sliding around in the pasture with.  It wasn’t intentional, it just happens when you are trying to drive in a pasture when it’s drizzling.

Here are some of my favorite from the day!
